THE HEALING GIRLS RESPONSIBILITIES FOUNDATION has been at the forefront of social work in India, working with marginalized communities to address pressing challenges in education, healthcare, and economic empowerment. From the rural villages of Rajasthan to the urban slums of Maharashtra, our organization has been dedicated to creating a positive impact in the lives of thousands of individuals. We have worked closely with local governments, leveraging schemes like PM POSHAN, NREGA, and NFSA to amplify our efforts and ensure sustainable development. Our journey began in 2026 with a vision to make a difference. Today, we are proud to have served over 500+ beneficiaries, supported by a team of 50+ dedicated individuals and 10+ successful initiatives.

THE HEALING GIRLS RESPONSIBILITIES FOUNDATION was founded in India, Uttarakhand with a vision to improve the lives of marginalized communities. Our founders, led by GULNAZ SAIFI, brought together a team of passionate individuals who shared a commitment to social justice and community empowerment. In our early years, we focused on providing education and healthcare services to rural communities in Uttarakhand.

2012

புதிய பகுதிகளுக்கு விரிவாக்கம்

2026 ஆம் ஆண்டில், சுற்றுச்சூழல் நிலைத்தன்மை மற்றும் வக்காலத்து துறைகளில் புதிய திட்டங்களை அறிமுகப்படுத்தினோம். எங்களின் சுற்றுச்சூழல் திட்டம் புதுப்பிக்கத்தக்க ஆற்றலை ஊக்குவிப்பதிலும், உத்தராகண்டில் கார்பன் வெளியேற்றத்தைக் குறைப்பதிலும் கவனம் செலுத்தியது. எங்களின் வக்காலத்து திட்டம் ஓரங்கட்டப்பட்ட சமூகங்களுக்கு பயனளிக்கும் கொள்கை மாற்றங்களை ஊக்குவிப்பதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டது.

திட்டங்களை விரிவுபடுத்துதல்

2026 ஆம் ஆண்டில், உத்தரகண்டில் அதிக பயனாளிகளை சென்றடைய எங்கள் திட்டங்களை விரிவுபடுத்தினோம். எங்கள் கல்வித் திட்டத்தை 10 புதிய மாவட்டங்களுக்கும், எங்கள் சுகாதாரத் திட்டத்தை 5 புதிய மாவட்டங்களுக்கும் விரிவுபடுத்தினோம். எங்கள் குழு 50 ஊழியர்களைக் கொண்டதாக வளர்ந்தது, மேலும் தனியார் துறை நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் அரசு நிறுவனங்களுடன் புதிய கூட்டாண்மைகளை ஏற்படுத்தினோம்.

2020

கோவிட்-19 க்கு பதில்

In 2026, we responded to the COVID-19 pandemic by launching new programs to support affected communities in Uttarakhand. We provided emergency relief, including food and healthcare services, to thousands of families. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure that our programs continued to operate safely and effectively during the pandemic.

In 2026, we took stock of our progress and reflected on our achievements and challenges. We consolidated our programs and made adjustments to ensure that we were maximizing our impact. Our team engaged in a process of self-reflection and learning, which helped us to identify areas for improvement and to develop new strategies for growth.
