THE HEALING GIRLS RESPONSIBILITIES FOUNDATION has been at the forefront of social work in India, working with marginalized communities to address pressing challenges in education, healthcare, and economic empowerment. From the rural villages of Rajasthan to the urban slums of Maharashtra, our organization has been dedicated to creating a positive impact in the lives of thousands of individuals. We have worked closely with local governments, leveraging schemes like PM POSHAN, NREGA, and NFSA to amplify our efforts and ensure sustainable development. Our journey began in 2026 with a vision to make a difference. Today, we are proud to have served over 500+ beneficiaries, supported by a team of 50+ dedicated individuals and 10+ successful initiatives.

द हीलिंग गर्ल्स रिस्पॉन्सिबिलिटीज फाउंडेशन भारत, उत्तराखंड में स्थापित कयल गेल छल, जकर उद्देश्य हाशिए पर रहल समुदायक जीवन में सुधार करब छल। हमर संस्थापक, गुलनाज़ सैफी के नेतृत्व में, उत्साही व्यक्तिसभ के एक टीम के एक साथ अनलक जे सामाजिक न्याय आ सामुदायिक सशक्तिकरण के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता साझा करलक। हमर शुरुआती वर्ष में, हम उत्तराखंड में ग्रामीण समुदाय के शिक्षा आ स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रदान करय पर ध्यान केंद्रित कयल।
Expansion to New Areas
2026 मे, हम अपन कार्यक्रमक विस्तार उत्तराखंड मे नव क्षेत्र मे केलौं, भारत सहित। हम शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य सेवा, आ आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण मे नव पहल शुरू केलौं, जकर परिणाम अपन पहुंच आ प्रभाव मे महत्वपूर्ण वृद्धि भेल। हमर टीम बढ़ि क 20 कर्मचारी सदस्य भ गेल, आ हम स्थानीय संगठन आ सरकारी एजेंसीक संग साझेदारी स्थापित केलौं।
Introduction of New Programs
In 2026, we introduced new programs in the areas of environmental sustainability and advocacy. Our environmental program focused on promoting renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions in Uttarakhand. Our advocacy program aimed to promote policy changes that would benefit marginalized communities.
Scaling Up of Programs
In 2026, we scaled up our programs to reach more beneficiaries in Uttarakhand. We expanded our education program to 10 new districts and our healthcare program to 5 new districts. Our team grew to 50 staff members, and we established new partnerships with private sector companies and government agencies.
Response to COVID-19
In 2026, we responded to the COVID-19 pandemic by launching new programs to support affected communities in Uttarakhand. We provided emergency relief, including food and healthcare services, to thousands of families. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure that our programs continued to operate safely and effectively during the pandemic.
New Partnerships and Collaborations
In 2026, we established new partnerships and collaborations with organizations in Uttarakhand and nationally. We worked with private sector companies to launch new programs in education and economic empowerment. Our partnerships resulted in a significant increase in our outreach and impact.
Consolidation and Reflection
In 2026, we took stock of our progress and reflected on our achievements and challenges. We consolidated our programs and made adjustments to ensure that we were maximizing our impact. Our team engaged in a process of self-reflection and learning, which helped us to identify areas for improvement and to develop new strategies for growth.
